If you have any questions about how to use our hair tools, we encourage you to email us before your purchase. Please view the instructional video on our website before using the tools.
If an item is defective or if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return the tool(s) within 30 days after your purchase for an exchange or full credit to your credit card. The product must be returned in the original box and packaging. Please include the reason for the return. We regret we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
